Ardesia

Overview

Ardesia is a web project designed for document-heavy environments where infrastructure control, operational roles, and archival consistency cannot rely on generic tools. Its core value is an on-premises platform that brings together document workflows, folders, classification, and digital preservation readiness in a secure private environment.

Project Goal

The goal was to build a clear, modern, and reliable application foundation for public institutions, archives, and organizations that need better order, traceability, and continuity in document handling. The project combines day-to-day operational needs with an archival structure, avoiding the fragmented nature of many internal systems.

Technical Approach
